Drexel Nanomaterials Institute (DNI) is focused on <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SpellingErrorV2Themed SCXW134585816 BCX0\">MXenes<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW134585816 BCX0\">, the largest family of inorganic materials, 2D transition metal carbides and nitrides, which were discovered at Drexel University in 2011. In our lab, we explore the fundamental and applied aspects of the synthesis and characterization of <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SpellingErrorV2Themed SCXW134585816 BCX0\">MXenes<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW134585816 BCX0\">, and their broad spectrum of applications. At DNI, we develop and study new nanomaterials and work closely with industry and academic collaborators to significantly decrease the time from discovery to commercial application of new
