We talked about our dreams and our struggles, about the fallacy of impostor syndrome, separating your value from your work, managing your time and protecting your work-life balance, having powerful women on your corner, and inviting male colleagues to the table to work on some… growth mindset 😉
I felt inspired by those two amazing women and role models, and by the room full of motivated young(er) women ready to make a difference and take more space.
