The Drexel University Mechanical Engineering and Mechanics Department has appointed Dr. Ahmad Najafi as the PC Chou Assistant Professor! College of Engineering Dean Walker, MEM Department Head Spanier, and the MEM faculty have appointed Dr. Najafi to this prestigious professorship in recognition of his accomplishments and service in the College of Engineering.
Expressing gratitude for his appointment, Dr. Najafi says, “I am honored and humbled to receive the PC Chou Assistant Professor of Mechanical Engineering and Mechanics. I want to express my sincere gratitude to the Chou family for making this Assistant Professorship possible, and I greatly appreciate Dean Professor Walker’s support. I am also grateful to D.H. Professor Spanier and the MEM department’s faculty affairs/awards committee for recommending me for this Assistant Professorship.”
