Alireza Ashkpour will be a Ph.D. student in the Mechanical Engineering and Mechanics Department. He received his B.S. and M.S. degrees in Mechanical Engineering from University of Isfahan and IUST in Iran, respectively. He will join MCMB lab at the Drexel University in 2023 to start his Ph.D., researching on developing reduced-order and phase-field models of fracture in composites.
