News from MS&T 2011

PhD student Babak Anasori won second place in the ACerS Ceramographic Exhibit & Competition at the 2011 Materials Science and Technology 2011 Conference & Exhibition in Columbus, Ohio. As second place winner, Babak received a certificate and a monetary award of $50.


The award-winning poster is entitled “MXenes: Two-dimensional crystals,” and the co-authors are PhD student Michael Naguib, Dr. Yury Gogotsi from the Drexel Nanotechnology Institute, and Dr. Michel Barsoum.
