The 2023 Academic Ranking of World Universities (ARWU), also known as the Shanghai Ranking, lists Drexel University’s material science and engineering program as #10 in the U.S. and #39 globally. The Shanghai Ranking is one of the world’s most influential university ranking systems, being the first to compile a global university ranking system.
